While there are likely many companies in your area that offer limousine rental, it’s important to know the following tips in order to save yourself time, money and a hassle later on.

The first step for renting a luxury vehicle is to plan ahead. Around 60% of limousine services have fewer than 5 vehicles, meaning that during a busy season (such as prom season), you may end up unable to find a limo unless you plan ahead.

Most companies that offer stretch limo rental services will have websites that you can look at. Some of these websites will include the pricing for their vehicles; however, many require that you request an estimate for your specific limo rental service. This is another reason to plan ahead, as you may find that some companies are much more expensive than others. You should also research the reviews on each limousine service, as you will want to avoid any with negative reviews, especially because most times they will be for important events.
Figure Out the Cost and Book!
The last step is to figure out the final cost of the stretch limo rental and, in the case of Proms and Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, share that with the others who will be riding along. In this case, you’ll want to split the cost of the limousine rental. When you book the limousine service, make sure that you get a written confirmation (via email or by mail) of your confirmed date, time and vehicle so you don’t face problems later!
